Inspired by the Ancient Greek “agora” – a gathering place for commerce, ideas, and civic leadership – we bring that same collaborative and community spirit into a central gathering place. In our modern interpretation of the ancient Agora you don’t just rent a seat and join a club, you join a movement of strategic collaboration and unstructured mentoring. At the heart of each Agora is a community of accomplished executives and entrepreneurs, each willing to refer business and candidates for work within The Agora network.  

At each Agora we set out to accomplish two primary goals: 

• Match college students and recent graduates with the people who can deliver internships, mentorships, and jobs. 
• Match business owners with opportunities to grow their businesses.

Our membership consists of HR executives, CEOs, and Founders, each committed to helping the next generation launch their careers. 

The Team

Jeff Bischoff

Our CEO Founder, Jeff Bischoff, has been a Wall Street recruiter for the last 3 decades and has placed more than 400 people at all levels into more than 20 banks and brokerage firms and MFOs. These include household names such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, as well as exciting boutique start-ups like Cresset, IEQ Capital and Apollon Wealth. Old Greenwich Consultants has recruiting contracts with at least two dozen firms.

Warren Bischoff

Warren Bischoff is a Partner at OGC as well as President Co-Founder of The Agora. He is a graduate of The Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He works as a flight instructor and tour guide for Seattle Seaplanes.
