A historic lakefront building in downtown Wayzata on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. The Boatworks Building dates to the 1890s. Now the first Agora location, with shared professional space at lake level and an established wealth management practice from the floor above. Private marina, lakefront event space, conference facilities.
