Policies, Protocols, and Prices
At The Agora we have designed and implemented a business practice we call the AM/PM model. During the day, our space at The Boatworks building in Wayzata, Minnesota is busy managing the financial affairs of 400 families with a collective $2Billion in assets under management (“AUM”). 5 Partners, 5 staff and 2 rotating interns, busy taking care of 400 families.
After the NYSE closes, 3pm Central time, the space converts to The Agora, while keeping the books and records and computers of the wealth management business fully locked and the Partners’ offices sequestered, in keeping with FINRA rules.

The Agora policies, protocols and prices will be provided to all new members prior to the execution of a seat lease.
There are two constituents in the Agora:
- People who are proven leaders in their fields, with a list of accomplishments, willing to help the other constituents
- College students/recent grads looking for career opportunities.
There are 4 categories for pricing:
- Scholarship for Undergraduates (Fill out the attached application. Four seats available per Season)
- Referring professionals ($1,000/mo Senior members-remote. Or, $1,500/mo for Senior members-local, 6 seats).
- Aspiring professionals ($250/mo, 4 month maximum, per seat lease, 20 seats per season)
- Pro Bono: there are countless “referring professionals” who don’t need anything from The Agora , but are willing to help our junior members find career opportunities.
